The Queens North Community Health Centre (QNCHC) is a facility that provides primary health care services, illness/injury prevention, chronic disease management and community development services, using a population health promotion approach. QNCHC is made up of a team of healthcare professionals who are all about teamwork, collaborative practice, community participation, and patient-centered care. The team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, dietitians, health promoters, counselors, and other health care providers.
Chipman Health Centre

The Chipman Health Centre provides primary healthcare services with a collaborating team of healthcare professionals which includes physicians, nurses, and other allied health disciplines. Physician services are provided by booked appointments to patients of the individual physician practice. The health centre staff works closely with a number of partners to meet the healthcare needs of the community.
