Eligible Players: Children born 2011-2018 (U9–U15)

Cost: Free

Start Date July 27th

Please arrive early to sign forms.

Parents/guardians will be asked to:

* Sign a Participation Waiver and Liability Release

Required Equipment:
🥅 CSA-approved Helmet with a Cage
🧤 Gloves
🔴Shin Guards
🏒 Hockey Stick
✔️ Athletic Cup (required)
⚫ Black Jersey
⚪ White Jersey
